We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practitioner to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc.
About the RoleAs a Family Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and prescribing and administering medications and treatments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
- Advise patients on health care
- Be the patient advocate
- Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
- Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
- Supervise home care services
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
