About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support our Hearing Care Professionals in delivering high-quality hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and efficiently manage their queries and concerns.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm test opportunities for maximum efficiency.
  • Successfully utilize True Block scheduling to optimize test schedules.
  • Order and sell products, ensuring accurate invoicing and cash management.
  • Perform administrative duties, including chart pulls, stock management, and mail distribution.
Desired Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and sit for extended periods.
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills a must.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
