Franchise Banking Specialist

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Franchise Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Business Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with franchisees and other key stakeholders in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in the franchise segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, COIs, and other key stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and guidance on business banking solutions and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance, economics)
- Proven experience in the franchise industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of business banking products and services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
