Viana Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
