Job Description

On Side Restoration is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to manage its national fleet, driving business growth and optimization. As a key partner to the Vice President of National Corporate Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, comprising over vehicles, and spearhead electrification initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in managing multiple projects and priorities, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing structured plans and processes for team operations, ensuring compliance with transportation safety laws and regulations.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will excel at communicating complex ideas, both verbally and in writing. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide strategic advice and input to drive business outcomes. A flexible hybrid approach allows for a balance between in-person connections and remote work, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the standardization and governance of fleet management workflow
  • Develop, distribute, and reinforce policies and procedures across the organization nationally
  • Negotiate and persuade to achieve desired outcomes and drive change aligning to strategic objectives
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and optimize fleet performance
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver fleet excellence
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive fleet positions, including people leadership
  • Previous experience in the Construction industry, particularly in 24×7 service environments, is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a similar field is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through collaboration and clear communication
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
