About the Job:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team in achieving our goals of excellence in food preparation and presentation, staff management, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment and oversee the daily activities of your team members.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and performance, focusing on sanitation procedures, food safety, and excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Cash Handling: Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and cash handling responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Food Service Supervisor in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy in cash handling and financial reporting.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
