Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Manage the hiring process for food service staff and ensure that all new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure that key performance indicators are met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
