About the Role

GFL Environmental is seeking a highly skilled Sewer Lining Technician to join our team in Port Perry, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions for cleaning, inspection, and trenchless rehabilitation of underground pipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sewer lining of underground infrastructure to ensure efficient and effective pipe rehabilitation.
  • Maintain and operate company vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Operate compressors and other equipment as required to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers, contractors, and municipal inspectors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Comply with and follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in one or more of the following: CIPP Lining, UV Lining, Fold and Form Lining, Boiler Operation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with complex equipment.
  • DZ an asset, NASSCO PACP Certification an asset, and Confined Space Experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and display flexibility and confidentiality.
  • Highly driven, focused, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Weekday travel in company vehicle up to 30%.
