Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Coach and mentor your team to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Assist in building and strengthening existing and new customer relationships through coaching, training, and observation.
  • Risk Management: Oversee the implementation of the Bank's policies, practices, special initiatives, and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Business Growth: Work with your team to achieve financial objectives related to profitable growth and retention of the branch's personal and business portfolio.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Sales Management Experience: Solid experience in sales management and the ability to market Scotiabank.
  • Financial Planning: Successful completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A license to sell mutual funds and other necessary certifications.
