Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and inspection requirements.
  • Perform various tests and measurements using precision instruments and equipment.
  • Document and report any deviations from quality standards and work with the production teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a quality control or similar role is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the label, printing, or flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
