We're a forward-thinking Strativ Group seeking a driven Ecommerce Success Strategist to join our team. As a key player in our client's ecommerce marketing tech space, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Training: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless product adoption.
- Renevals & Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue and maximize ROI.
- Performance Insights: Utilize Google Analytics to monitor client performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to highlight results and recommend optimizations.
- Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, support product adoption, and guide clients on new features.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success with a focus on onboarding, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Ecommerce Expertise: Skilled in working with ecommerce marketing personas, discussing CRO and ROI strategies.
- Analytics Proficiency: Required experience using Google Analytics to track and analyze performance. Familiarity with Shopify or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills.
- Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of enhancing customer outcomes.
