Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at National Hydronics Group. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate existing procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Commission systems and components
- Monitor and evaluate
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
