About the Role

This is a full-time position working on-site at our state-of-the-art wellness centre. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to our clients, promoting relaxation, reducing stress and muscle tension, and improving overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized massage therapy treatment plans to address various health concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes
  • Foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the centre, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to high standards of hygiene and safety
Requirements:
  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or equivalent certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
