Job Title: Retail Stocking/Shelving Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stocking/Shelving Associate to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and brand awareness for our clients' products at major retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain shelves and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing
  • Physical Requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and being able to lift up to 50+lbs
  • Ensure product freshness and process returns of all unsaleable product
  • Increase sales volume by selling and building displays
  • Drive speed to market and distribution on new product releases
  • Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
