Lead Optical Sales and Service Team


The Eyewear Sales and Service Leader is a key position within our retail business, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in optical areas. As a leader on the floor, you will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the retail operation are fulfilled, while partnering with store leaders to meet sales objectives.



A Day in the Life:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service and sales results.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class customer service skills, leading by example on the sales floor and creating a premium in-store experience.
  • Be a stylist and coach, helping customers find the perfect eyewear to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Exceed sales targets by delivering information on the brand, mission, and products (fit, feature, and design) to customers.
  • Provide ongoing training to new employees on all aspects of the business, particularly optics, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Work closely with the store manager to offer ongoing training and development opportunities to employees.
  • Represent the BonLook brand, reflecting company values and brand image at all times.


Optical Responsibilities:

  • Easily explain eyewear prescriptions to customers.
  • Take accurate optical measurements, adjust, and fit eyewear with precision.
  • Verify that finished eyewear meets BonLook standards and customer requirements.
  • Showcase exceptional product knowledge and gather feedback from customers for merchandising purposes.


Requirements:

  • Hold a valid License as an Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Possess a passion for fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.


Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
