About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager Lead to oversee the procurement process, ensuring that we obtain the best value for our company while maintaining high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing Strategy: Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Plan and manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast future costs to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in procurement software, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
