Job Description

Bento Sushi is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
