Job Title: Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Technow Consultancy Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with expertise in designing and implementing robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, including hardware and software specifications.
  • Determine the optimal server performance and develop website architecture to achieve it.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and design.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using a variety of software tools.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their effects.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, shell script, Linux, Unix, JavaOS, Java, C++, API, C#, C, and Python.
  • Experience with Android Studio and WordPress.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, sound discrimination, and sitting.
  • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, innovation, and analytical skills.
