Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at HIGH CLASS AUTO BODY & PAINT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all necessary documents are completed on time.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in an automotive industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
