Furnace Filters is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. You will also be required to perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software. You will be willing to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
