Master Data Specialist, Process Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant, Case Manager to join our team at FTI Consulting in Toronto. As a key member of our Technology practice, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of client matters, including project planning, task management, and quality control.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about eDiscovery and has experience working with Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal. You will work closely with senior leadership, learning from the best in the industry, and have access to challenging projects that require creative problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive project planning and driving, including agenda setting and timelines.
- Manage internal and external discussions, task management, and monitoring deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure seamless completion of tasks and handoffs.
- Quality control checklists within established timeframes.
- Manage project staffing and resource allocation.
- Identify risk and implement processes to mitigate.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology.
- Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint is a plus.
- Moderate knowledge of technology, computers, and computer networking.
- Excellent communication and client interface skills.
