Job Description for Cook at Lee's Overseas Delights

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Lee's Overseas Delights. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
Work Environment:

The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding role.
