Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Snow Equipment/Plow Operator to join our team at Clintar Brampton, ON. As a Snow Equipment/Plow Operator, you will be responsible for managing snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties. Our team provides safe equipment, experienced leadership, direct deposit, and a season-end bonus for full-shift commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Operate tractors, loaders, and skid steers to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Maintain clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal.
  • Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
  • Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
  • Provide professional service and follow all health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a previous snow removal role.
  • Flexible hours, often overnight, including weekends and holidays.
  • On-call availability from November to April.
  • Cell phone data with data required.
