Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at ELEGANCE HAIR DESIGN. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales team, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and supervise their activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
