About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a skilled Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic Talent Programs team.

In this role, you will provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, programs, and procedures, maintaining information on employee life cycle events within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on employee life cycle events within the HRIS.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People, Culture & Performance team to provide Labour and Employee Relations support.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
