Job Description

Leanessa Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes assigning financial projects and activities to workers, evaluating daily operations, and identifying and investigating compliance issues. You will also be responsible for directing staff, motivating employees, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • DIRECT staff to achieve financial objectives
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues
  • Motivate staff to achieve financial objectives
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff to improve financial skills
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • LEAD groups to achieve financial objectives
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection
  • Manage cash and financial resources
  • Variance analysis
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with financial software and systems
