Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college or CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience is required. A strong background in education and experience working with youth is an asset.
  • Work Site Environment: Our team works in a child welfare setting, providing support and guidance to young individuals in group homes and half-way houses.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities: As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
    • Providing housekeeping activities and food preparation
    • Offering suicide and crisis intervention support
    • Supervising activities of clients and ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check and child welfare check are required for this position.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for individuals with excellent oral communication skills, strong judgement, and a client-focused approach.
