Sandal Translation Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fill this important role. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and select top talent for various positions within the company
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage job postings, including creating job descriptions, setting salary ranges, and configuring job boards
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation tools to ensure a fair and efficient selection process
  • Provide detailed reports and analytics to management on recruitment metrics and trends
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including applicant tracking information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
