We are seeking a highly skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Mr. Lube 246. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective tire servicing.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on tire-related services. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to your base salary, you can also look forward to opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Repair and balance tires, ensuring proper fitment and alignment.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment, as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on-site for those who do not have prior experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You should be able to:

  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Bend, crouch, and kneel regularly, as well as stand for extended periods.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exercise manual dexterity when handling tools and equipment.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, which may include lifting heavy objects.
