Job Summary

Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our properties through various tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas to ensure a neat and tidy appearance
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our properties clean and free of debris
  • Remove litter and garbage to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to improve soil quality and appearance
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and appearance
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Criminal record check required
