The Dermatology Business Unit Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic administrative and project support to the Vice President and the Dermatology Department.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and the Dermatology Department, including coordinating projects, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and the Dermatology Department.
- Coordinate projects and manage schedules.
- Handle correspondence and manage emails.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Recognize and report adverse events and patient safety cases to the local Pharmacovigilance department.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support position.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
- College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent program and/or experience is an asset.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Intermediate level computer skills; comfortable working in a Windows environment using Microsoft Office products.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
