We are a dynamic and compassionate healthcare team at the Brant Community Healthcare System, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our Medical Integrated Program is a hospitalist-led model of care that brings together skilled Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and Personal Support Workers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Team Lead to join our team in an acute care setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding nursing staff to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Your expertise will help shape the future of our program and contribute to the success of our patients and team members.
About You- You hold a diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized institution and are registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- You are committed to ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and research.
