Master Decorator

At Quality Works Decorating Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Master Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality interior and exterior decorations across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
• Mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture.
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages as needed.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Collaborate with clients to identify design opportunities and provide technical advice on decoration options.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and decorating.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
