Job Description

The Indigenous Professional Development Program at CIBC is a two-year rotational program that provides opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work with diverse teams across the organization, gaining experience and building relationships with colleagues and clients.

As an IPDP Associate, you will be part of a vibrant community of talented professionals who are pursuing their rotations and expanding their careers with CIBC. You will have access to comprehensive orientations and training, as well as executive mentoring and individual and group learning opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed or will complete your Master's or MBA degree in 2025, 2024, or 2023
  • Three years' work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
