Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments and manage Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain invoicing and memberships in an Association Management System
  • Manage data and ensure its accuracy
  • Process bank deposits
  • Coordinate registrations for courses and events
  • Send confirmation letters and grade letters to participants
  • Create and distribute surveys to gather feedback
  • Generate class lists, badges, and tent cards
  • Coordinate on-site registration and provide assistance to participants
Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment, including word processing, accounting, and spreadsheet software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and proven ability with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $59,000 - $62,000 based on experience. We offer flexible working hours, a pension plan, and a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
