Chief of Staff to the Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Groupe Crédit Agricole. The successful candidate will provide strategic support to the Executive Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the management team and contributing to the development of the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and productivity of the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy, providing insights and recommendations to the Executive Director.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services company.
- Proven track record of providing strategic support to senior executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
