We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Professional to join our team at Pizza Nova. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring that our HR operations meet the highest standards.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Direct and control daily operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to drive continuous improvement.
- Motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A strong background in human resources, preferably with a degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pizza Nova offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
