Customer Service Operations Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores. This role involves coordinating front-end operations, managing customer and associate concerns, and providing training to associates on company procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the work area, evacuations, and emergency codes.
- Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor front-end associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers.
- Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives.
- Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting with error corrections and verifying processes to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure all electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems are functioning correctly, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues appropriately.
- Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, and maintain front-end cash levels.
- Oversee and promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives, including credit card services, warranty plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
