Mobile Application Product Manager

WestJet is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Product Manager to join our team. With a strong background in digital product management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through our mobile applications.

Job Description
- Develop and execute a mobile-first strategy to improve guest experience and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver feature-rich mobile apps that meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Lead the development of user stories, create and prioritize features within the product backlog.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Science, or Technology (completed diploma or bachelor's degree)
- 3-5 years of experience working in digital or emerging technology
- Experience managing mobile design with a large consumer footprint
- Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Agile methodology and Scrum certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills
