  • Plan and manage budgets for construction projects
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive company growth
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained and maintained
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to protect employees and clients
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
