N-able is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to accelerate product usage and drive business growth. As a key member of our Solutions group, you will play a vital role in removing technical buying objections and showcasing the capabilities of our cutting-edge technology solutions.

About the Role

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to prospective partners, highlighting the benefits and strengths of N-able's products.
  • Manage prospect requirements, providing technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring potential partners make informed decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners to assess and address client requirements during product deployment.
  • Offer best practices for deploying N-Able products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator.
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations and client-facing interactions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
