Administration Support Associate

As a key member of the Finance Department's Chief Operating Officer team, we are seeking a skilled Administration Support Associate to join our Projects & Administration (P&A) team. Our team plays a vital role in supporting the Financial Division, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and represent Finance users in projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop, update, and maintain financial applications using MS Office, SQL, VBA, and Python, under the direction of the Head of P&A.
- Provide application support to Financial Division applications, including Oracle Financials, Leasequery, Business Objects, etc.
- Perform application testing, write documentation, and update data referential in Oracle Financial.
- Closing monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in VBA and Python
- 1 year of experience in SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and French (desired)
- Ability to analyze and summarize information, prioritize effectively, work autonomously, and adapt to changing environments
