Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic thinker to manage the order-to-shipment process, ensuring seamless execution from receiving to shipping. This includes overseeing manufacturing, repair, and inventory control processes to maintain product quality and service standards.

A key aspect of this role is people management, where you will lead and develop the operations team, fostering a lean culture and promoting continuous improvement. You will work closely with peers across the OHI network to align local and corporate goals, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and process engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the order-to-shipment process, including receiving, order entry, manufacturing, repair, and shipping
  • Ensuring product and process quality through effective material and contract supplier management, purchasing/procurement, shop floor planning, and inventory control/reconciliation
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to drive process improvements, cost reductions, and on-time delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement
  • Maintaining financial management oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
