Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize the work of the team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and material requisition
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
