Career Opportunity

We invite an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Radiopharmaceuticals Research and Development Specialist. This role will provide technical leadership and project management support across various teams, ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes. As part of our Analytical Development team, you will be responsible for leading development projects, preparing presentations, attending client meetings, and providing expert technical advice. You will also oversee method development, transfer, validation activities, and related tasks, while ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new analytical methods and testing protocols.
  • Purchase and install new equipment, including quotes, user requirements specification, change control, standard operating procedures, and other necessary documents.
  • Write comprehensive test reports, data summaries, and statistical evaluations/trending.
  • Conduct regular reviews of laboratory records and notebooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in managing third-party analytical testing service providers.
  • Maintain documentation to fulfill applicable regulatory requirements relating to nuclear safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, specifically in laboratory sample preparation techniques, operation of HPLC, GC, and TLC, and method transfer, development, and validation. Your expertise should include UV, IR, mass spectrometry, and NMR, as well as microbiological release testing of pharmaceuticals and testing of biologicals. Experience working in a facility that handles radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals is essential.
