About the Role

As an Industrial Kinesiologist with our team, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Medical Professionals, and Orthopaedists to enhance employees' health, safety, comfort, function, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting employee health and fitness in an industrial setting;
  • Conducting thorough clinical and functional assessments for musculoskeletal injuries and health conditions (acute and chronic);
  • Developing tailored therapeutic exercise programs;
  • Providing job coaching and ergonomic guidance;
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and address employee health concerns;

We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background in Kinesiology or an equivalent degree, and registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Experience with repetitive strain injuries and acute injury management is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
