Job Title: Business Development Strategist

CWB is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business growth initiatives to drive revenue and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product offerings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CWB's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
