Retail Sales Associate, Stone Road Mall

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Stone Road Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized sales experiences.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed sales recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to upsell/cross-sell products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
