About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced English Language Arts Teacher for Senior High (Grades 10 - 12). As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative programs, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging English Language Arts curriculum for students in Grades 10-12
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to support academic and personal growth
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Education or advanced degree(s)
- At least 3-5 years of successful teaching experience at the Grade 10-12 level
- A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate or eligibility to obtain
- A current Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

- An estimated annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000 based on education and experience
