Account Manager Role

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Ontario, Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the mining industry, providing expert support and guidance on equipment, parts, and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management teams to maintain existing relationships and drive business growth
  • Establish and maintain effective lines of communication to understand customer operations and needs
  • Maintain Komatsu's reputation as a trusted partner in the region through exceptional support and reliability
  • Develop strategic plans to ensure alignment of equipment, parts, and services with customer goals

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $113,742-$142,177 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, a wellness spending account, and a company-sponsored pension plan.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and basic mechanics, hydraulics, and electric principles
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively at multiple levels
